This turns out badly if you get the default ending, as she quickly starts to go mad with power. In the side stories the poem reappears in full, revealing that Sayori wrote it herself and that it is about why she tries so hard to make other people happy.

Ascended Extra: A poem rather than a character in this case - in Sayoris scene from Day 2, she recites part of a poem to the player, the content of which subtly foreshadows her inner conflict.
